With less than two weeks to the start of Kinus HaShluchim, the preparation for the Kinus are at full speed, with the Kinus Committee working around the clock to have the entire program of workshops, Farbrengens, panels and the main session, ready for this week.
The Va’ad has announced that they will be raffling off 300,000 dollars as grants towards activities in the areas of Moshiach and Geulah.
This year they have decided to increase the grant to 1,000 dollars per Shliach with 300 Shluchim benefiting from the grants.
The grants are distributed by Merkos L’Inyonei Chinuch continuing the tradition started by the Rebbe MH”M to participate in the expenses of the Shluchim who would fly into Crown Heights for the Kinus sometimes even paying for the full price of their tickets.
