A new angle of the shocking and possibly intentional hit and run where a Crown Heights resident was struck in a as he was walking to Shul on Friday night.
This second angle appears to show the vehicle intentionally slam into the victim, a Jewish man in his 50’s, as he crossed the street at Union Street and Albany Avenue in Crown Heights. The driver in his vehicle then fled the scene.
The vehicle has been identified as a 2017 light colored Mercedes Benz with New York State license plate KPS 1226.
The NYPD has deemed the attack as a possible bias incident and the Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating.
