Today, the 20th of Sivan, close to 100 talmidim of the 8th grade graduated the Mechina Division – and now are moving on to the Mesivta.
Rabbi Chaim Yisroel Wilhelm, Menahel, organized together with Rabbi Yossi Bryski, Assistant Menahel, a most impressive and enjoyable graduation ceremony.
Honoring Shnas Hakhel, the talmidim themselves served as the masters of ceremonies in a video performance, which was followed by a slide show of the year’s activities.
HaTomim, Menachem Mendel Richter spoke thanking the Rebbeim and Menahlim, and HaTomim Mendel Bergoff shared a Dvar Torah on the Parsha.
Rabbi Hershel Lustig spoke of the importance of each talmid to be a Naiross Li”hoir, illuminate their friends, family and surroundings
Rabbi Yossi Blesofsky spoke on behalf of the Parents. HaTomim Yehoshua Zelig Katzman played niggunim for the crowd that joined.
A special mention and gifts were distributed to the dedicated rebbeim of 8th grade – Rabbis Asher Oster, Yisroel Doivid Shmueli, Levi Feldman, Yitzchok Wolf and Yehoshua Kornblitt.
