A home on Lefferts Avenue, where a police raid last year arrested six, went up in flames in the middle of the night.
Just after 1:00a.m. late Tuesday night, a fire broke out at 704 Lefferts Avenue. The fire department arrived quickly, but battled with the flames for some time before having it all under control.
The fire did a large amount of damage to the home, but no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
