A Bochur was assaulted by three African-American teenagers Monday night, right outside Oholei Torah Mesivta, on Troy Avenue.
The Bochur received minor injuries and was treated by Hatzolah.
The incident occurred approximately 9:45pm on Troy Ave between Empire Blvd and Montgomery St. the group of teenagers were looking for trouble, and got into a verbal altercation with a group of Bochurim, when suddenly one punched one of the Bochurim in the face. The three teenagers then fled towards Montgomery Street.
Shmira and 911 were called and the teenagers were apprehended.
After a brief police investigation, one of the perpetrators was arrested, while the others were released.
