I would guess CGI Detroit @Boblo Island.
I feel like I should know who at least some of the guys are but I’m drawing a blank…
Bengy Brackman,Ari baitelman, Nechemia deitch, shliach Yitzi Horiwitz please be mispallel for him, Boruch shmuel Liberow?, Ariel pinson, burston?, Pini Turk. Sitting in front Meir Geizinsky. Most of them are shluchim today. I think this is Montreal camp on a trip. 1990 or 1991 possibly.
The guy you think to bee Liberow, looks more like Zalman Goldstein (Ben Uncle Yossi). The guy you said was Burston, looks like Klein (Ben Moishe Klein the Soifer). Behind Goldstein, looks like Mishulovin (Ben R. Itche). ANd Bheind Yitzi Hurowitz, looks like Kahn from President st.
Most of those guys were staff in NY back then, so it probably is.
