Every Jew is able to grasp and comprehend G-dly concepts. Since every Jew has a Nefesh Elokis, it is within his/her domain to connect intellectually and emotionally to G-d at the highest levels possible.

This connection is brought out quite exclusivity during the months of Elul and Tishri. It is a two month process that lasts the entire year. It is a continual, flowing unity between us and G-d. This unique Sefer, CONNECTING WITH Atzmus, by Yaakov Rogalsky, utilizes the Rebbe’s sichos and maimarim to assist, enhance, and uplift one’s avodath during these two months.

The format of this sefer is to confront the restrictions of time that exists on a Yom Tov. I do not want that a person has to read through many pages to get an idea or thought. Each chapter has numbered sections with paragraphs. By reading one number the reader has formulated a point of a sicha/maimar.

Each chapter is not meant to be read at one sitting but each numbered section can be. Also the key words of the sicha and maimar are written in Hebrew. This is because the Hebrew/English phrasing of certain words is difficult to read and the translations can vary according to the concepts being explained.

Another purpose of this safer is have the reader get-excited and thirst to learn sichos and maimorim. This sefer is not meant to replace the original texts.

So please use this sefer to grow in Rochniyus. It can be obtained in seforim stores in Crown Heights. Flatbush on Coney Island Avenue, and Central Avenue in the Five Towns.
