    Question: Being that now many shluchim will have to make outdoor kriyas Megillah, are they allowed to use a non electric megaphone (acoustic), being that it’s just a “Kol Havarah” and they’ll also be “B’rov Am Hadras Melech”?

    Answer: Being that it’s completely non electric it is permitted. However care must be taken that every word is clearly heard.
