19 Kislev: Chalukas Hashas Online
On Yud Tes Kislev there is the custom to participate in the splitting of the entire Shas. The Rebbe’s secretary, Rabbi Shalom Mendel Simpson, was appointed with this responsibility by the Rebbe.
