With great sadness we inform you of the passing of R’ Zalman Turnik, OB”M, an English speaking member of the Tzfas community.
A beloved member of the Tzfas community, who was a Sofer that sat in the old city writing and checking Tefillin and Mezuzahs.
He is survived by his children, Mrs. Chaya Klein of Crown Heights, Dovid Tornek of Miami, FL, Gavriel Tornek of Rechovot, Israel and Menachem Tornek of Flatbush, as well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
