With great sadness we inform you of the passing of Rabbi Chaim Itche Kugel, OB”M, a longtime Crown Heights resident and son-in-law of famed Chosid Reb Avrohom Mayor. He passed away on Sunday, the 30th of Nissan. He was 88-years-old.
Reb Chaim and his wife Freeda (nee Drizin) founded the famous wig company based in Crown Heights, which provided Sheitels for the Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka.
He is survived by his wife Freeda and children; R’ Moshe Kugel – Crown Heights; Rabbi Shlomo Kugel – Manhattan, NY; and R’ Dovid Kugel – Crown Heights; he is also survived my many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The Levaya will take place tomorrow at 11:30 am in Bnei Brak, ER”Y.
