With great sadness we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Miriam Friedman, OB”M, she was a longtime resident of Crown Heights and matriarch of a large Lubavitch family. She was 101 years old. She passed away on Sunday, 17 Sivan.
She was the wife of Reb Yaakov Moshe Friedman, OB”M, who was well-known for his kindness.
She is survived by her children Mrs. Faige Kranz-Green – Boca Raton, FL; Rabbi Manis – S. Paul, MN; Mrs. Ita Marcus – Los Alamitos, CA; Rabbi Benzion – Overland Park, KS; Rabbi Eliyahu – Tzfas Israel; Rabbi Mordechai Shlomo – Crown Heights; Rabbi Yosef Boruch Friedman – Crown Heights; Rabbi Avremel – Crown Heights.
She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The Levaya will take place tomorrow, Monday, 11:00 am at Shomrei Hadas and passing by 770 round 12:00 pm.
