With great pain and sadness, we inform you of the untimely passing of Mrs. Masudah (Annie) Nemni, OB”M, of London, England. She passed away Friday night, 18 Shevat. She was 60-years-old.
Two years ago, Mrs. Nemni was diagnosed with an illness which she continuously fought against with firm Emunah and Bitachon. A massive campaign of recital of Tehillim and doing good deeds in her merit was launched and thousands took part, many taking on new good deeds and others reciting Tehillim daily.
After a hard-fought battle, the devastating news came that she passed away.
Mrs. Nemni originally comes from Tunisia, her parents were Niskarev through the Shluchim, Rabbi and Mrs. Pinson. Later, she married and moved to London.
She is from the founders of Beis Moshiach of London, and always stood at the forefront for the Rebbe MH”M’s Inyonim.
She is survived by her husband, Shimon Nemni; and her children, Moshe Yehuda – Martinique; Mordechai – Crown Heights; Yosef Yitzchok – Tzfas; Chana Dray – Crown Heights; Rivka Cohen Aloro – Tzfas; Menachem Mendel – Beitar; Chai Yisroel; Shalom Ber – Baltimore, MD; Shmuel; Chaya Mushka Vorovitch – Toronto, Canada; and Chaim Chavati. She is also survived by many grandchildren, ke”h.
She is also survived by her sisters, Mrs Frankel – Paris, France; Mrs. Nakkar – Toronto, Canada; Mrs Barkubsa – Paris, France; and Mrs Nisenbaum – Paris, France.
The Levaya will take place in Eretz Yisroel on Wednesday, Chof Beis Shevat, at 10:00 am. Leaving from the Shamgar Funeral Home to burial on Har Hazesim.
The family will be sitting Shiva at the Dray residence; at Igros Moshe 38/4 in Beitar Ilit, Eretz Yisroel.
Part of the family with Mr. Nemni will be coming back to London on Sunday, and continuing till Tuesday morning, at their home at 12 Braydon Rd.
Minyonim will be needed for all Tefillos.
