With great sadness we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Chana Forta, OB”M, from London, England. She passed away on Thursday, 4 Av.
Mrs. Forta was a longtime member of the Stamford Hill Lubavitch community, she was a beloved teacher at Chabad School for many years.
She is survived by her husband Rabbi Arye Forta and children, Benny Forta – Detroit, MI; Dovid Forta – London; Shimon Forta – Detroit, MI; Devora Miller – London; Laivi Forta – Aventura, FL; Meir Forta – London; Joel Forta – Aventura, FL; Brochy Chaliotis – London.
