With tremendous pain and sadness, we inform you of the very untimely passing of the young Shlucha Chana Kesselman, OB”M, from Greenville, South Carolina. She was 7-years-old.
Just over a year ago Chana was diagnosed with an illness and a massive campaign of recital of Tehillim and doing good deeds in her merit was launched and thousands took part, many taking on new good deeds and others recited Tehillim daily.
After a hard-fought battle, the devastating news came this morning that she passed away.
She is survived by her parents Rabbi Leibel and Musie Kesselman as well as her siblings.
She is also survived by her grandparents Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok and Freidi Kesselman – Shluchim in Oak Park, Michigan, and Rabbi Shimon and Chaya Posner – Shluchim in Rancho Mirage, California.
She’s also survived by great grandparents, Rabbi and Mrs. Shmuel Lew of England.
The levaya will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, leaving Shomrei Hadas of Boro Park at around 10:00am and passing by 770 at around 10:45am.
